Seasonal Box – Community Supported Herbalism

Thanks for getting on board this radical movement CSH 2023!!!!

Build your own medicine cabinet! This project is based on the idea of the CSA (community supported agriculture) in which community members buy a share from their local farmers to supply them with fresh local food all season. A CSH (community supported herbalism) provides you with local medicine throughout the four seasons of the year. This allows community members to enjoy and use their local medicine while supporting a local herbalist.

The CSH will run from March 2023 to December 2023 and around each solstice, members will receive four different herbal products that have been harvested and processed by myself. These herbs are either wildcrafted in the south east of NSW or grown on Wyndhamfell (fingers-crossed for both). Note- at this point I may not be able to supply all so some herbs may be bought . These will include alcoholic tinctures, oils, glycerites, honeys, salves and teas. Each box will come with its own instructions so that each member knows how to correctly use the extracts supplied.

Medicine provided: 4  different herbal products in one box four times per year (16 herbal products in total). Each box will come with its own instructions on how to use the products and when not to use these products!

When: Medicine will be provided at four times during the year March, June, September and December

Boxes are picked up at a specific location in the Bega Valley and if you live somewhere else the boxes can be shipped to you and shipping costs will apply. ($20 per box).
